Dr. Bruce and his team are always a pleasure I go there for my routine check-ups only thing that's a bother to me is the wait time but working in the Healthcare System previously helps me to understand how things work

Staff and medical team very polite and knowledgeable. Sometimes the wait is a little long but that's how it goes at clinics. I waited 2 years to find someone that would take my insurance

I was extremely impressed. Everyone was kind, professional and caring. Yes, I had to wait a little while but then a little patience is an important aspect life as quality care requires the doctors to give proper time to their patients.

I've been going here for past 7 years. Yes at times they are slow but usually have reason behind them being slow at least with adults. Now with the kids I usually get right in. I've learned to make appointments it's easier to just stop in and make the appointments rather than to try making appointments over the phone. EVERYONE knows me by name. I feel like family. Sorry to hear about those who didn't have a good experience please try again maybe it was just a real bad day.
